| Formal Uniforms |

6th Grade Students: It is time to start getting your concert attire ready for the Winter concert on December 14th. Formal uniforms are as follows: Ladies will wear black skirt/pants, black stockings, black closed-toe shoes & black blouse/shirt. Gentlemen will wear black slacks, black socks & shoes, white long-sleeve button front shirt.
7th-8th grade girls: Concert dresses will arrive this week. Please remember alterations are the responsibility of the student. Guidelines for alterations are as follows:
1) The finished dress hem depth should be 3” from the floor barefoot.
2) Use black thread with small hemstitches for hemming. Do not use staples, tape, safety pins,or fabric fuse.

We need you to update your contact information! We have a new, online database. We are using CHARMS. It is the same online database the choir and band use at Marcus. THIS WILL BE THE VEHICLE MRS. MCGINNIS WILL USE TO BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU!! In CHARMS, you can view and edit your contact information, as well as keep up with what you have paid in fees and what is still due.
