BMS Choir Booster Meeting!
Our first Booster Club meeting is TONIGHT (Thursday, May 8) at 6:30pm in the Briarhill cafeteria.  We'd love to see YOU get involved! 

In this meeting, we will:
1.  Nominate officers for next year
2.  Get a list of families and contact info
3.  Sign up volunteers for our Spring concert

Also, we need donations for our Spring concert!  Do you know anyone who might be able to donate the following:
Popcorn machine, popcorn bags, cups, decorations, ice cream, rootbeer
5TH GRADE INFORMATION

Be a Volunteer! 
As with any school group, parent/guardian volunteers make ALL the difference! With YOUR help, we can have a tremendously successful program!!

To become a volunteer, you first need to pass a criminal background check per LISD Policy. (It takes 3 weeks for this process to be completed! So, the sooner you do this, the better!) You can fill out the background check form on-line by following these steps:
1. Go to www.lisd.net
2. Click on "Employment"
3. Click on "Volunteer/Background Check" and follow the directions

Once this form has been filled out and processed by LISD you will be able to volunteer with any school-wide activities.
